The Founder President of Mahabodhi Organizations Most Ven. Acharya Buddhrakkhita's dreams are practically reflecting in the foothill state of Himalayan ranges of Arunachal Pradesh. It was his vision to help the poor people by way of education, health service and other humanitarian service.

Mahabodhi School is affiliated to the the State board upto class 8 and class 9 and 10 follow the CBSE syllabus and we are trying to get the affiliation from CBSE. The school has classes from Nursery to 10th standard. There are 65% girls and 35% boys in the school. It provides HOLISTIC EDUCATION in an atmosphere of love and care allowing children to grow naturally and happily developing compassion and wisdom.

The School starts and ends with 10 minutes Meditation. The School still needs well qualified teaching staff. The present staff is getting training in education course. The Computer lab and well equipped Laboratories need to be developed. Bus facility is also available from School to Innao. The School has excellent  Pupil-Teacher relationship. A Parent-Teacher Partnership is formed for the overall monitoring and development of individual student. Many extra curricular activities are conducted regularly.
